q•EvaGreen® qPCR Mix is an optimized ready-to-use solution for real-time PCR incorporating the EvaGreen® intercalating dye. The master mix contains q•Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase and dNTPS in an optimized 5X PCR buffer.
